This exclusive pop-up features an 11-course omakase experience at Hale Pikake, an intimate space above Diamond Head Market. Centered around premium Hokkaido-grown Nanatsuboshi rice, courses created by Chef Jason Peel highlight unique preparations paired with local ingredients and Japanese flavors for a thoughtful and elevated dining experience.
Premium sake selections by Tassho Pearce from World Sake are available for preorder at a preferred price upon ticket purchase; bottles are also offered for retail purchase in the market. Omakase includes coffee, iced tea, and soft drinks.
